Extending the service period for the counterpart tracker - GeoFamily Controller App

The controller user extends the service period for the counterpart tracker user.

First, select the 'Tracker List' menu from the drawer menu. If you have already added the counterpart tracker, the brief settings will be displayed on the tracker list screen.

On the screen, you will see the current service term expiration date for the tracker user.

To extend the service period, click on the 'EXTEND' button directly below it.

When the in-app purchase dialog screen appears to extend the service period, follow the purchase process as appropriate.

When you install the GeoFamily app and then sign up, or when you re-install it and then log in, you must proceed in a good network environment. Please check the following. 1. If you are using Wi-Fi, make sure there is no exclamation mark next to the Wi-Fi icon at the top of the screen. And, the Wi-Fi signal level should be high. 2. If you are not using Wi-Fi, the data network signal level should be high. 3. The [Power save]/[Power mode] icon in the Quick Panel window must be set to OFF. (OFF is gray color)

Creating an Account Create your account as one of two roles. ⚫ Controller(Administrator, Viewer) Role : The role is to view the location and status information received from the tracker user on a map and set the behavior of the tracker user device. ⚫ Tracker(Location Reporter) Role : The role is to transfer the location and status information to the controller user. If you have created your account as a 'Controller' role, your counterpart user must create their account as a 'Tracker' role. (This means that both of you must sign up for the account in different roles.)  A controller user can link one or more tracker users through the pairing procedure. 2. The controller user sets and changes the behavior of the counterpart tracker user. First, select the 'Tracker List' menu from the drawer menu. If you have already added the counterpart tracker, its current settings will appear on the tracker list screen. Click on the 'Pencil' image button, and the edit screen will appear and you can amend the settings. Let me explain about the 'DETAILED SETTING'. (For the 'EASY SETTING', click it at the top of the screen.) 1. Change Photo You can select a photo for the counterpart tracker user. 2.
