Network environment requirements at signing-up : GeoFamily App

When you install the GeoFamily app and then sign up, or when you re-install it and then log in, you must proceed in a good network environment. Please check the following. 1. If you are using Wi-Fi, make sure there is no exclamation mark next to the Wi-Fi icon at the top of the screen. And, the Wi-Fi signal level should be high. 2. If you are not using Wi-Fi, the data network signal level should be high. 3. The [Power save]/[Power mode] icon in the Quick Panel window must be set to OFF. (OFF is gray color)

Depending on the smartphone model and Android OS version, the setting name and screen may differ. ★ Both the Controller app and Tracker app must be set up as described below. 1. Exclude the 'GeoFamily' app from the 'Optimize battery usage' apps list.  (for both Controller and Tracker) Phone  Settings  >  Apps  > Select the GeoFamily app on the apps list. ★ Please note that you must set the GeoFamily app to the  white state  as shown below. ★ Make sure to change it to the  blue state  once and then back to the  white state  again.
